Kuvamo vodu sa šećerom sve dok ne dobijemo gust sirup.

Kada se sirup ohladi, dodajemo malo po malo ulupano belance.

Pošto preliv stavimo tortu ostavljmo  na nekoliko minuta u pećnicu, na jaku temperaturu.
