Pomešamo šećer, vodu, i alkohol ( rum, konjak.. )

Drvenom ili plastičnom lopaticom sastav premazujemo preko torte.

Tortu zatim stavljmo na nekoliko minuta u dobro zagrejanoj pećnici, na temperaturi od oko 220 c, da se glazura stegne.
