5 Paradajza
5 Čena belog luka
10 Kašika maslinovog ulja
1 Veza svežeg bosiljka ili peršunovog lista
10 Kriški crnog hleba
po ukusus Mlevenog bibera
po ukusus Soli

    U pleh poređamo hleb, premažemo gornju stranu uljem i zapečemo u rerni 15 – 20 minuta na 200 c.

    Iseckamo paradajz na kockice i dodajemo iseckan beli luk, i iseckan bosiljak, biber  i so.

    Smesu izmešamo i ocedimo od soka, pa premazujemo preko prepečenog hleba.
