      Ribanac izdinstamo sa pirinčem, tako da nam odmekne, dodajemo začine.

      U vatostalnu ili zemljanu činiju stavljamo ribanac pa preko njega usoljenog šarana, prelivamo uljem.

      Podvarak pečemo u rerni  na 220 c.

      Prijatno.
