Rastopimo čokoladu sa malo tople vode, na blagoj vatri uz stalno mešanje, tako da pazimo da ne provri.

U dobijenu masu stavljmo prah šećer, posle ponovo zagrejati.

Zagrejanu glazuru preliti preko torte.
