      Šarana operemo  i isečemo na komade.

      Na ulju ispržimo seckani crni luk, dodajemo sirće, biber, lovorov list, sve izmešamo, i dodajemo komade ribe.

      Nalivamo vodom da riba ogrezne.

      Posolimo, poklopimo i kuvamo dok voda skoro sva uvri.

      Služiti toplo uz prebranac.

      Prijatno.
