300 gr. Šećera
150 gr. Masti
4 Jaja
1 - 2 Kafene kašikice cimeta
150 gr. Mlevenih oraha
150 gr. Suvog grožđa
230 gr. Brašna
150 gr. Griza
300 gr. Šećera
2 Čaša vode

Umutimo šećer i jaja, cimet, orahe, suvo grožđe, dodamo brašno, i griz. Sjedinimo masu. Stavljamo u pleh  pečemo na blagoj temperaturi.  

Šećer prokuvamo sa vodom, pa prelivamo pečenu koru.

Treba da nam jedno bude hladno, a drugo toplo.

Prijatno.
